From our experience in making tarpaulins for flatbed, Tarp-All was created in a re-adapted version for Z Service: a versatile solution that finds application in the transport of vehicles.
The challenge
- Overcome the construction constraints due to the vehicle characteristics:
- width equal to the maximum allowed of 2,550 mm;
- lowered floor at two heights.
- Ensure full accessibility for vehicle loading.
The solution
Quality at every level. Unlike traditional solutions that provide side tracks, this re-adapted Tarp-All application features tracks mounted directly on the container, to ensure compliance with the maximum width allowed by the highway code.
To overcome the structural limitations due to the two-height floor, a double tarpaulin was also designed. The two Tarp-Alls, which can be moved in both directions for maximum ease and freedom of loading, include a system of gaskets and ratchets that ensure maximum grip and tightness.
